It was when the sun strikes so hot and I want to make cool 'til Shela, a college friend, stunningly phoned me of her father's confinement in the hospital, 2-km near our home. I found out that while her father had his dinner, quickly then "something" choke his throat. Their first aid would be eating banana but bad luck is pro him.
I took a visit around 6pm, her father laid with his dextrose injected on his left arm. It was pitiful since he can hardly eat rice porridge nor drink water, and it has been 27 hours! The doctor's medication was to undergo surgical procedure. I was perplexed by that "something" in the X-ray result that it has to endure throat-operation. But no matter how they'll respond to it, I believe sooner Uncle will recover.
That night we went to Lacson Street, Shela needs to take laxative or simply just to empty, so we dropped by in KFC, besides to have a dinner, too. There is a new branch of KFC in front of Lagoon. I was amazed by their amiable crew, table arrangement, the people around, yes the people. they're all teens. WE'RE all teens. We, modesty aside, I'd better mention what Shela quoted "sosyalan". Though she's worried 'bout her father's condition, because of the cozy place, we both feel so relaxed.
While we're eating, a punk tries to catch our attention against the glass wall. We would be hypocrite to pretend not to see the little boy, so we decided to share our leftover chicken and soup (woohoo how generous!
BTW, I cast my vote on Pizza Hut's soup, if ever there's a QSR soup-contest ^_^)
Kentucky's Fully Load Meal has reloaded our energy, for almost three hundred bucks, it's worth it!
